The rooms were perfect and clean. I found the staff very helpful. I specifically commend the lobby bar staff. They were super helpful. The hotel manager was also very friendly and helpful..
My room had stained sheets on the bed. I noticed a broken coffee cup under the bed. The carpet in the corridors was filthy.

Lovely stay with some minor points

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They provided quick service whenever needed. I especially liked the beautiful beach access and the well-kept pool area. I found a spot every day without trouble. There were always enough loungers available.
I found the gym outdated and could use some newer equipment. It was still functional. I just expected a bit more from a hotel of this standard.

The room included a comfortable bed and a balcony. The bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. I also had a great view of the sea from the window and found the space very clean.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes were available daily. I thought the quality of the food was consistent and the dining area was well kept.

The hotel has direct access to the beach which i enjoyed. I also noticed the proximity to local shops and restaurants. I did not use public transport but saw bus stops close to the hotel entrance.

The reception staff was very polite. They answered my questions promptly and provided useful information. I found them very professional and they made check-in very efficient and pleasant.
